Brownwood ISD is proud to announce that current staff members Graylon Brown and Brandon Florey will be taking on new leadership roles within the Lions basketball program.

Brownwood ISD has announced its 2025-2026 End-of-Year Employee Awards. The awards are sponsored by the Brownwood Education Foundation and include honors in several categories.

The district academic competition was held on May 26, 2026, at the BISD Central Support Center and provided students with an opportunity to demonstrate academic excellence in a competitive setting.

Brownwood Middle School (BMS) held its annual end-of-year awards ceremony for seventh-grade students on Tuesday, May 26. BMS eighth-grade end-of-year awards were presented on Wednesday, May 27.
